Location: Merrimack, NH but also open to all other locations. Schedule: Hybrid onsite every other week (5 days per week).
Note: Starting September 2026, there is a 100% fully onsite requirement for the locations in Merrimack NH

The Role
This Quality Assurance Engineer role supports enterprise HR technology platforms, with a focus on Workday integrations, AWS-based services, and payroll/benefits systems. The position is responsible for planning and executing manual and automated testing, validating REST APIs and web services, writing detailed test cases, supporting user acceptance testing, tracking and resolving defects, and verifying production deployments. Candidates should have 3 5+ years of QA experience, strong analytical skills, and experience working in Agile environments alongside developers and systems analysts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing enterprise applications, particularly Workday integrations, with the ability to create positive and negative test scenarios, execute functional and integration testing, and support automation initiatives using Workday AI or other testing tools. Experience with REST API testing, Jira, Confluence, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, defect management, and stakeholder collaboration is essential. A Workday background is highly preferred, while experience with AWS services, payroll or benefits systems, and strong communication skills are valuable additions.
