The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of the service center, ensuring adherence to company standards and daily operational planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from order acceptance through vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, handle customer payments, and process incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as a vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to obtain a relevant certification or already possess operational management qualifications.
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language proficiency.
• Solid PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• A highly customer-focused and service-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively in a team, and foster trusting relationships.
