Relationship Manager - Agency

The Relationship Manager – Agency will be responsible for driving business development and managing the channel partner ecosystem for USGI Legal Entity's General Insurance portfolio in the Nashik region. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, ensuring high levels of service, compliance, and mutual growth.

• Develop and execute agency sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners.
• Manage existing agency relationships, ensuring high service levels.
• Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and product teams for seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Organize training and workshops for agency partners.
• Resolve partner issues and escalations promptly.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in agency sales or relationship management within general insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
