The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support for members across the region.
• Handle a variety of call-outs, from simple fixes to complex fault-finding.
• Offer reassurance and excellent customer service during stressful situations.
• Start and finish your shifts from home, maintaining a strong presence on the road.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving license.
