IT Expense & Invoice Management

β€’      Prepare a monthly IT expense status report using internal systems and trackers, presenting trend and fluctuation analysis to team management

β€’      Validate and submit incoming invoices for the team's allocated IT and project expenses, and present monthly invoice status reports to team management

β€’      Generate monthly system usage and Voice of Customer (VOC) reports for executive review by analyzing North America system environments and resource allocation to identify cost reduction opportunities

N-IRP (Next IT Resource Planning) & Work Order / RMS Management

β€’      Manage Work Order and contract data in the internal Resource Management System (RMS), updating fields and aligning with users to track IT and Non-IT outsourcing expenses

β€’      Maintain the Work Order monthly report by analyzing IT expenses and resource profiles, giving management visibility to plan annual IT and Non-IT outsourcing contracts under N-IRP

β€’      Facilitate the approval and signature process with business and internal stakeholders, ensuring all contract information is properly preserved in the system

Business & Data Analysis / Reporting

β€’      Evaluate business needs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposals and evaluations

β€’      Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, performing data analysis independently or with cross-functional teams

β€’      Prepare materials in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations within and outside the PI team

Broader PI Project & Stakeholder Support

β€’      Support company-wide system implementation and process improvement projects by evaluating current workflows and executing improvement strategies

β€’      Manage relationships and expectations of internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects

β€’      Provide ad-hoc support across other PI team projects, leveraging seniority to take on responsibilities beyond IT expense and N-IRP ownership alone

β€’      PI's scope of services to the company is not limited, in its ongoing effort to implement best-in-class systems and processes

β€’      Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred

β€’      Approximately 4-5 years of experience in business management support, IT expense/vendor management, resource or contract management, data analysis/reporting, or project management

β€’      Experience managing Work Order, RMS, or similar resource/contract management systems strongly preferred

β€’      Bilingual Required: English/Korean

β€’      Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and exercises sound judgment while leading multiple projects at once

β€’      Skilled in project and program management, with experience initiating activities, setting priorities, and delivering on-time results across competing demands

β€’      Strategic thinker who transforms goals into actionable, end-to-end plans, and quickly learns new topics, businesses, and processes through independent research and SME interviews

β€’      Works effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams, leading subject matter experts to meet deliverables and milestones within established deadlines

β€’      Builds strong, collaborative relationships across the work group, other company functions, and external organizations, with a proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change

β€’      Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skills, able to communicate project objectives and outcomes β€” particularly around sales, operations, logistics, systems, and financial functions β€” to all levels of the organization

β€’      Organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong, with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, take on new challenges, and help others do the same

β€’      Experienced working with or implementing best-in-class systems and processes

β€’      Willing to work 5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time
