Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Architect with strong HL7 FHIR expertise to architect and deliver scalable healthcare interoperability solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the Microsoft technology stack, Azure cloud, healthcare integrations, and modern web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead enterprise-scale healthcare applications using .NET and Azure.

  • Define end-to-end application, integration, security, and data architecture.

  • Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and development teams.

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs and integrations.

  • Drive healthcare interoperability using HL7 FHIR (R4/R5) and EHR integrations.

  • Establish development standards, best practices, and cloud-native architecture patterns.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of software development/architecture experience.

  • Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.

  • Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4/R5 and healthcare interoperability.

  • Experience with EHR integrations and healthcare data exchange standards.

  • Excellent architecture, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
