Job Description

    Supervises Emergency Assistance (EA) program operations.
    Emergency Assistance (EA) Program Oversight

    • Supervise EA program operations and staff.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of EA applications for families in crisis.
    • Monitor program performance and compliance with EA guidelines.

    Required

    • Associate’s degree in public administration, Human Services, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or technical support.
    • Proficiency in CARES, WWP, and other state systems.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.

    Preferred

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Experience with W-2 and Emergency Assistance programs.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Familiarity with local workforce development and public assistance programs.
    • Bilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus.
