Cyber Systems Engineer - Scrum Master with Security Clearance

• Must be extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator!
• Experience as a scrum master driving a software development team.
• Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy).
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs, and related documentation.
• Experience mapping initiatives, epics, and stories to sprints and sprint plans.
• Working knowledge of engineering products such as:
• Context - Containers - Components - Code (C4) diagrams or similar, and
• interface documents, and context diagrams.
• Hands on experience tracing functional requirements to stories, epics, use cases, and feature maps.
• Experience working with customers and collaborating with demanding technical managers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, plus 5 years of experience, or a Masters degree plus 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.
• An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years).

Desired Skills

• Certified Scrum Master
• SAFe Certification
• Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts, and services.
• Understanding of basic web service or microservice concepts.
