The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)," leading technical aspects on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Advise and support customers from initial contact through vehicle return, ensuring a high level of service. • Handle customer invoicing, cash management, and manage incoming orders and scheduling. • Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience, ideally as a master auto mechanic, auto mechatronics technician, auto mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo the required certification for operations management or already possess the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification. • A commitment to our inclusive company values, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and proficiency in PC use and administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and collaboratively.
