The Role

• Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network
• Demonstrate a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain member retention
• Build a profitable business through self-motivation and commitment

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
• Proficiency with computers and strong organizational skills
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background and credit check, and drug screen
