The Role

• Provide individual support, development, and assistance to individuals with special needs.
• Develop and implement personalized support plans.
• Collaborate effectively with family members, physicians, and therapists.
• Document work activities and developmental progress.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Heilpädagoge / Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• High levels of empathy, creativity, and a passion for working with people.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for new challenges in various settings.
• Strong team spirit and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
