Seeking a skilled professional to provide technical solutions across systems, applications, or infrastructure. This position involves supporting the implementation, operationalization, and continuous improvement of a management program. The role is hybrid and contract-based, requiring collaboration with various technical teams to ensure compliance and reduce technology risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze technical issues, develop solutions, and support IT systems.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of a configuration management program.
• Monitor compliance and identify unauthorized or high-risk deviations.
• Coordinate remediation activities with technology and application owners.
• Maintain records and ensure data accuracy within management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration management, vulnerability management, IT operations, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Familiarity with compliance tools, management platforms, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage remediation activities to completion.
