The Role

• Lead the promotion of a comprehensive psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to develop strategies, allocate resources, and maximize sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute integrated account plans to identify and prioritize unique opportunities within the local market.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical and regulatory guidelines.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high scores on product knowledge exams.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy.
• Must reside within 40 miles of territory boundaries (Tacoma, WA) and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
