Location - NYC - 3 days onsite 

Introduction:

This position is for a Full Stack Java Lead who will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Microfrontend architecture. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, architectural decision making, stakeholder management, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Design and implement Microfrontend architectures for large, distributed applications.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices; build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, security, performance, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
• Support CI/CD implementation and frontend deployment strategies.
• Lead and mentor frontend engineers; drive sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Experience & Expected Outcome:

The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications using Microfrontend architecture. The expected outcome for this role is a hands-on React leader who can balance solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery while driving engineering excellence.
