Job description

1. Role Overview

The Lead Consultant acts as a subject matter expert driving the architecture, delivery, and governance of hybrid HR ecosystems. This professional aligns complex business processes with high-performance technical interfaces, ensuring frictionless data flows across Cloud and On-Premise frameworks.

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Integration Design: Build, test, and manage complex integration packages and specialized iFlows using .
PTP Data Replication: Lead end-to-end deployment of Point-to-Point (PTP) frameworks to seamlessly synchronize data between SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or on-premise SAP HCM systems.
Core HR Infrastructure: Provide expert functional governance over core SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, PY ), managing localized configurations, payroll rules, and advanced custom schemas.
Interface Engineering: Design robust communication matrices leveraging OData APIs, SOAP, REST web services, ALE/IDocs, and BAPIs.
Technical Governance: Author global technical blue-prints, direct data mapping models, and lead code/architecture reviews across multi-tenant infrastructures.

3. Critical Technical Skill Matrix

Core SAP HR: Deep lifecycle implementation mastery in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and complex configurations like features, payroll schemas, and time valuation rules.
Middleware Capabilities: Advanced expertise in SAP Integration Suite / CPI (handling content modifiers, routing, message transformation, exceptions, and custom Groovy scripting).
Cloud Connectivity: Expert familiarity with the SAP SuccessFactors environment and PTP native configuration architecture.
