Senior Product Designer: Self-Service & AI UX in Adelaide

Qantas Airways is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Adelaide to shape digital support experiences across search, AI-assisted help, and self-service flows. You will design end-to-end experiences for trips, travels, and aftercare, simplifying complex problems and enabling seamless handoffs to assisted support when needed.

You'll work with Product, Engineering, Service Design, and Customer Care to ensure accessible, scalable solutions, while prioritising customer value and measurable
