enior SAP Functional Business Analyst / EDW Workstream Lead / PMO Lead

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-centric data migration, conversion, and EDW workstreams from requirements gathering through production implementation.

• Lead and manage a delivery pod of 4–5+ analysts, developers, or data resources within a larger EDW organization.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, data mappings, and actionable technical requirements.

• Drive source-to-target mapping, historical data conversion, data reconciliation, and validation.

• Review SAP functional specifications, backend data mappings, conversion requirements, and team deliverables.

• Understand SAP-to-EDW data flows and support downstream reporting and reconciliation.

• Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.

• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery governance.

• Collaborate with SAP, Snowflake/EDW, integration, data engineering, and reporting teams.

• Use Agile/Kanban methodologies and tools such as Jira, Freshservice, and Smartsheet.

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of SAP experience with strong functional Business Analyst expertise.

• Hands-on experience in SAP data migration and conversion projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP data models, backend tables, and system relationships.

• Experience in at least one SAP functional area:

  • Supply Chain

  • Inventory Management

  • Materials Management (MM)

  • Purchasing / Procurement

  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)

  • Manufacturing

  • Finance

• Proven experience leading a team or delivery pod of at least 4–5 resources.

• Experience with requirements analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and cutover support.

• Experience in a product-centric industry, such as Retail, Apparel, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
