Job Description

Position Overview:
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role within our hiring process across the USA. Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including engineering, manufacturing, finance & it & more. Acting as a talent hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting including advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding, and internal mobility.
Required Skills: 
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 4+ years recruitment experience ideally within a technical recruitment environment.
Major Roles:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and Direct outreach.
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture.
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-Informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
