Radar Software Engineer

Location-Remote

Job Summary
We are looking for a Radar Software Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and test software for radar-based systems. The role involves working closely with radar, embedded, signal processing, and systems engineering teams to build reliable and high-performance radar solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software for radar systems and applications.
  • Implement radar data processing, tracking, detection, and related algorithms.
  • Develop software in C/C++ and/or Python for embedded and real-time systems.
  • Integrate radar software with hardware, sensors, and other system components.
  • Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze radar data and troubleshoot system-level issues.
  • Support software verification, validation, and system integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, signal processing, and systems engineers.
  • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to software development standards.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++; Python is an advantage.
  • Understanding of embedded systems, real-time software, and software development lifecycle.
  • Basic knowledge of radar concepts such as detection, tracking, Doppler, range, and signal processing.
  • Experience with debugging and software testing.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
