Job Description for ServiceNow Architect:

Required Skills:
  • Senior ServiceNow architect with end-to-end platform design ownership  
  • RBAC/ACL design, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Script Includes, scoped application architecture  
  • Inbound/outbound integration design (scripted REST APIs, mTLS, certificate/keystore handling)  
  • Data model design and knowledge/user criteria access control  
  • Federal delivery experience (FedRAMP, Section 508, CUI) 
  •  US person, CONUS-based work only 
Role Description:
  • This role involves being a ServiceNow expert  guiding clients through the most complex and demanding ServiceNow implementations  and providing advice on best practices (ServiceNow and IBM).   
  • This individual will need to be ambitious  work independently  and also mentor and lead the developer(s) & business process consultant(s). 
  • The ability to handle change  ambiguity and good time management will be critical in this role.
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Job Description for ServiceNow Senior Developer:

Required Skills:
  • Senior ServiceNow developer 
  • Server-side scripting (GlideRecord, Script Includes, Business Rules), client scripting 
  • Service Portal widget development, Flow Designer, scoped app development 
  • REST integration; certificate/keystore config (BCFKS/mTLS a strong plus) 
  • Update set and deployment discipline 
  • Federal experience preferred 
  • US person, CONUS-based work only 
Role Description: 
  • The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. 
  • This role includes creating custom solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and enhancing platform capabilities to meet business needs. 
  • The developer will also collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards and platform best practices. 
  • The ServiceNow developer is expected to actively participate in defining, refining, and grooming user stories, ensuring they are well-scoped, technically feasible to meet the client’s functional and technical requirements.
