👋🏼 We're Nagarro. We are a digital product engineering company that is scaling in a big way! We build products, services, and experiences that inspire, excite, and delight. We work at scale — across all devices and digital mediums, and our people exist everywhere in the world (19,000+ experts across 34 countries, to be exact). Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We're looking for great new colleagues. That's where you come in!

  • Plan and execute component, module, or interface work packages throughout the complete lifecycle, from requirements analysis to formal verification.
  • Analyze PRQs/TRQs and translate requirements into clear, executable Gherkin-based test cases.
  • Configure test environments by installing and validating software/PLC versions, integrating hardware components, and maintaining test setups.
  • Perform hands-on testing on physical devices, ensuring accurate execution and collection of objective verification evidence.
  • Document test results, analyze defects, and support root-cause investigations, corrective actions, retesting, and regression testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and successful verification outcomes.
  • Multiple years in technical verification/testing of integrated hardware-software or mechatronic systems.
  • High proficiency in Gherkin and Python, plus strong test analysis and design capability.
  • Very good English and German and full on-site deployment capability.
  • Hands-on experience with emulators/simulators and installation/configuration of software, PLC or hardware.
  • Experience with ALM/test management, defect tracking and agile ceremonies.
  • Location: onsite in Stuttgart
  • Generous Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and option to work from home.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Ergonomic workstations, subsidies for health services, sponsored sports events, etc.
  • Company Events & Community: Regular after-work sessions, shared breakfasts/lunches, summer and Christmas parties, team events, and more.
  • Open, Agile Culture: Flat hierarchies, high level of personal responsibility, international and diverse teams, friendly and supportive team spirit.
  • Training & Personal Development: Focus on promoting both technical and personal growth to ensure employees stay up to date.
  • Modern Tools & Workspace Design: Modern office, dual monitors, ergonomic equipment, and excellent on-site infrastructure.
