Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Job Title: Mobile Mechanical Engineer Location: West & North West London Package: £45,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a selection of commercial sites in West & NW London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and water systems.
• Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, water temperature’s etc.
• Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building
• Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Level 2 equivalent or higher in a Mechanical Engineering related field – Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing etc.
• Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems
