Front End/Salesforce Developer with Security Clearance

Front End/Salesforce Developer Remote Blu Omega is seeking a Front End/Salesforce Developer to support a DoD mission program. This role is responsible for building custom front-end functionality and Salesforce platform solutions within a Salesforce-based enterprise environment. Program Overview Support a DoD program modernizing travel entitlements and relocation processes.

Key Details Location: Remote Clearance / Suitability: DoD clearance eligibility required. Responsibilities

• Support clients in transforming business processes through Salesforce platform solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST APIs.
• Conduct assessments, process design, gap analysis, workflow optimization, feature testing, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, maintainable, client-centric solutions, including code reviews and release workflows.
• Use Git and Salesforce CLI to manage Salesforce configuration and metadata across environments. Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a front-end developer role delivering front-end interfaces, back-end logic, and data models.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, object-oriented programming, APIs, and application security.
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a platform, including the ability to develop using Apex and LWC.
• Ability to clarify business requirements and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience on federal or DoD IT modernization programs.
• Salesforce development experience with Apex and LWC.
• Experience with Git, DevOps, and online Git platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Python and AWS experience.

Compensation Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance. Blu Omega Benefits & Perks
