We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager for a leading North American distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates.
• Review and direct creative designs for various marketing collateral, including catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, and emails.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments during the new product selection process.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Develop compelling product positioning strategies, considering existing product lines and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a strong track record.
• Experience in product sourcing or selection.
• Previous catalog experience is considered a strong asset.
