About the Role

We're looking for a PeopleSoft Administrator to manage and maintain our PeopleSoft FSCM applications in a fully remote role. You'll handle system installations, configurations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations while supporting our end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft FSCM applications and PeopleTools
• Manage and maintain WebLogic and Tuxedo middleware components
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Perform routine maintenance, patches, and system updates
• Provide technical support to users
• Manage user access and security protocols
• Maintain system documentation and recovery procedures

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of PeopleSoft Administrator experience
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM, PeopleTools, WebLogic, and Tuxedo
• Strong knowledge of database administration (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Unix/Linux and Windows server experience
• Problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certification
• Cloud-based PeopleSoft experience
• Knowledge of Application Integration/Integration Broker
• Scripting experience (Perl, Shell, Python)
