Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in Life Insurance and Group Benefits to support business and technology initiatives on the EIS platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of group enrollment, billing, and claims workflows, along with proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for Life & Group Benefits workstreams.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and QA Leads to ensure complete requirements coverage.
- Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
- Support testing and validation activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Experience in Life & Group Benefits / Life Insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of Group Enrollment, Billing, and Claims workflows.
- Experience working with EIS platforms.
- Strong requirements gathering and traceability experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
