The Role

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top-tier talent, with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies.
