The Opportunity
As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve how Digital and eCommerce teams operate.
What You'll Be Doing

• Building AI agents, assistants and workflow automations
• Designing and deploying AI solutions
• Implementing RAG patterns and AI-enabled knowledge retrieval
• Integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems, APIs and digital platforms
• Monitoring, optimising and scaling AI solutions in production
• Contributing to AI governance, standards and best practices

• Software Engineering background
• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions into production
• Experience with AI Agents, Automation Workflows and RAG architectures
• Strong API and systems integration experience
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Shopify experience highly desirable
