The Role

• Manage the complete patient care process for individuals with surgical needs.
• Facilitate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers between units.
• Assist in the execution of medical interventions.
• Independently perform physician's orders according to professional standards.
• Option to work exclusively night shifts, providing support and relief coverage.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional qualification as a Registered Nurse, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Commitment, flexibility, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• A positive attitude towards interprofessional teamwork.
• For international applicants: B2 level German language proficiency and recognized foreign nursing qualifications.
