Role: Oracle HCM Performance / Talent Management + HCM Security Consultant

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

· Strong expertise in Performance Management and Talent Management.

· Hands-on experience with:

o Performance Management

o Goal Management

o Talent Review / Nine-Box

o Succession Management

· Strong Oracle HCM Security experience, including:

o Security roles and privileges

o Data security

o Role configuration

o Security troubleshooting

· Good understanding of Core HCM and HR business processes.

· Experience with HCM configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

· Ability to work directly with HR/business stakeholders and translate requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.

· Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

· Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules:

· Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
