Position Overview

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring the dealership meets and exceeds revenue targets. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving profitability & market share.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve sales goals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions
Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Manage inventory levels and collaborate with other departments
Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Stay up to date on OEM products, market trends, and competitor activity
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales excellence
Valid driver’s license
