Company Van | Pension | Extensive Training | Birthday Holiday<br />Are you an experienced Coffee Machine Engineer or Vending Engineer looking to join a growing, well-established business where you can work with premium commercial coffee equipment?<br />We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, family-run commercial coffee business with over 40 years of industry experience.<br />Due to continued growth, the company is strengthening its engineering team and is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to cover North &amp; East London and the surrounding Home Counties.<br />This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being trusted to manage their own territory, working directly with customers and developing their technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial coffee equipment.<br />The Role<br />As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of technical support to customers across your territory.<br />Your responsibilities will include:<br />Service, maintenance and repair of commercial coffee machinesInstallation and commissioning of new equipmentDiagnosing electrical and mechanical faultsIdentifying root causes and helping prevent repeat breakdownsCarrying out boiler inspectionsOrdering and fitting replacement componentsProcessing warranty parts efficientlyProviding excellent customer service while attending client sitesWorking closely with the Service &amp; Technical Manager and wider engineering teamSupporting customers across hospitality, workplace, retail and leisure environmentsWhat We're Looking For<br />Ideally, you will have:<br />Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within commercial coffee or vendingExperience servicing and repairing commercial coffee machinesStrong fault-finding and diagnostic abilityGood electrical and mechanical knowledgeExperience across multiple commercial coffee machine brands would be advantageousExcellent communication and customer-service skillsA genuine interest in coffee and commercial coffee equipmentA full UK driving licence<br />PSSR training would be advantageous but is not essential.<br />What's On Offer?<br />The position is full-time and includes participation in a 1-in-4 weekend rota.<br />Why Apply?<br />This isn't just another Field Service Engineer position.<br />You'll be joining an established commercial coffee specialist with an excellent industry reputation, working with quality equipment and customers while being given the training and support to continue developing technically.<br />For an experienced coffee or vending engineer looking for a strong salary, overtime potential, quality equipment and the opportunity to join a growing engineering operation, this is an opportunity well worth exploring.<br />Apply today for a confidential conversation and further information.
