Position Overview
The Specialist, Field & Account Enablement supports the development and delivery of the tools, collateral, and in-clinic materials that ZO Skin Health’s field sales teams and physician accounts use every day. This role is responsible for assisting the development, production and distribution of sell-in tools, sales collateral, patient-facing materials, account program materials, and visual merchandising assets, ensuring resources are accurate, on-brand, and in the hands of the field when they are needed.

Working closely with the Commercial Marketing team, Creative, Product Marketing, Education, Sales and International Marketing, this role helps translate marketing programs into practical resources that support provider engagement and drive in-office patient conversion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Enablement Tools & Collateral
Support development and maintenance of the field enablement toolkit, including sell-in tools, one-pagers, talk tracks, etc.

Coordinate production of sales collateral and launch materials supporting new product introductions and seasonal campaigns
Ensure all field and patient-facing materials use approved, claims-cleared language; route new claims or copy questions through the appropriate review process after distribution
Gather field input on tool needs and route requests through the Commercial Marketing team for prioritization
Account & Patient-Facing Materials
Assist with development of patient-facing tools and collateral that support in-office conversion
Support production of account marketing resources and account program materials that help physician practices grow their ZO business
Coordinate customization requests for account-level materials in partnership with Creative
Visual Merchandising & In-Clinic Presence
Support execution of in-clinic display programs and merchandising standards
Assist with merchandising display content development, refreshes, and field audits
Track display inventory and coordinate replenishment with the field
Launch & Program Execution Support
Support execution of product launches, sampling initiatives, and promotional programs across the professional channel
Assist with GWP program execution in partnership with the Product Marketing team
Support project coordination and timeline tracking across concurrent initiatives
Field Engagement & Asset Distribution
Support monthly field webinars and recurring field engagement touchpoints
Coordinate distribution of printed and physical materials to field sales teams and provider partners, and keep digital field resources current on the Pro Portal and shared asset platforms
Track material inventory and coordinate reorders to keep the field stocked ahead of launches and campaigns
International & Global Tool Support
Partner with International Marketing to capture regional requirements when field and account tools are developed for global rollout, ensuring materials are translation-ready and adaptable by market
Support regional teams on locally developed field and account materials as needed, connecting them to global templates, brand standards, and execution guides
Maintain the shared asset library so regional teams can self-serve current, approved versions of global tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, trade, or field marketing
Experience supporting the development of sales enablement tools, collateral, or merchandising materials
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management and proofing tools (Monday.com, Ziflow) and asset management platforms a plus
Experience in skincare, aesthetics, or beauty industries preferred
Experience with design a plus
Work Environment: The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment.

The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.

Work Hours: The work schedule is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County but is hybrid with 2 days being remote work.

Physical and Mental Demands: Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance. They must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and Project Management systems to retrieve information, generate documents, organize project plans/schedules and coordinate meetings.

The employee must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including international affiliates.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $41.00 an hour
