RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Executive Briefing Manager in San Francisco, CA.

Summary

Our Client is on the search for a Briefing Manager to join the Executive Programs team. In this role, you'll use your project management skills and keen attention to detail to partner with internal teams to create a custom, top-notch experience for our users, prospects, sales team, executives and subject matter experts for our regional Executive Briefing Centers. You'll manage day-to-day Executive Programs activity to ensure that sessions are planned, executed and scheduled effectively. We seek a nimble self-starter who inspires confidence and understands the sales environment.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

  • Partner with the Executive Programs Team, Executive Briefing Manager and account teams to design and develop personalized briefings for users and prospects
  • Build assets and resources needed to ensure success of briefings; Assets include agenda development, briefing documents
  • Schedule and confirm discussion leaders/executives for briefings and preparation calls
  • Build key briefing resources such as briefing documents and content folders
  • Act as a point of contact for the Sales team on Briefing confirmation and planning
  • Track and update Executive Programs data across relevant tools such as Salesforce, Slack and G-Suite (Drive, Mail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs and Slides)
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise
  • When applicable: Host and facilitate user and prospects groups onsite at Company
  • When applicable: Be responsible for operational aspects including room readiness, swag, pre-registration for check-in, follow-up surveys, documenting notes and contacts
  • When applicable: Manage onsite operations and logistics in partnership with client facilities, security, and catering teams to ensure a flawless onsite experience for our users and prospects

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience working in an Executive Briefing Center, events or recruitment coordinator role
  • Functional experience in planning, producing, facilitating and executing sales meetings and/or executive briefings
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and professionalism
  • Ability to work as a team but also autonomously and adjust to changing priorities and to handle multiple projects at once
  • Experience gathering, formatting, and preparing briefing documents for executives is strongly recommended, but not required
  • Office based in South San Francisco and must be open to going onsite 3-4x a week

Additional Qualifications

  • Good to have Hospitality experience or customer-facing experience
  • Very personable
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Include writing samples (if available)
  • Previous Sales or Sales Enablement experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
