Ideal Persona: Applied Machine Learning Engineer with strong mathematical and statistical foundation. High proficiency in Python/SQL, and demonstrated end-to-end ML ownership

Required skillsets:

·         Strong Python and SQL

·         Applied statistical and machine-learning experience

·         Experience moving models from experimentation into a repeatable production workflow

·         Data-pipeline and API integration experience

·         Cloud ML experience, preferably Azure/Azure ML

·         Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders (absolute 100% requirement; must communicate well)

·         Preferred: Some familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, containers, and model monitoring (we have Cloud Architects that can help with these)

Preferred Experience

·         Geospatial data

·         Weather or environmental data

·         Time-series

·         Computer vision

·         Scientific products

Potential projects could involve:

·         Historical weather datasets.

·         Demand forecasting.

·         Risk modeling.

·         Effects of time, seasonality, and environmental variables on demand and risk.

·         Exploring image data for potential computer-vision applications.
