The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including the calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the additional function of Operations Manager (HWK), responsible for on-site technical expertise, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers from order intake to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, oversee inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards and corrective actions are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience in automotive mechatronics, mechanics, or bodywork. • Willingness to complete the proficiency test or hold an existing Operations Manager (HWK) qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
