Role Responsibilities:

⭐ Lead & inspire your nursery team with enthusiasm & creativity

⭐ Support children’s development & maintain positive relationships with families

⭐ Ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Required Qualifications:

💡 Do you have…?

🔹 Level 3 qualification or above in early years education

🔹 Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager

🔹 Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team

🔹 A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
