Robotics Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Robotics Support Technician for a Contract to Hire with a client in Nicholasville, KY. The ideal candidate willsupport and troubleshoot robotic systems remotely using advanced virtual reality tools to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
Rate Range: $17/Hour to $18/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Robotics Support Technician Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and troubleshoot robotic systems remotely using advanced virtual reality tools.
• Respond to customer support requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management teams to implement application solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians servicing robotic equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively communicating with customers and internal teams.
• Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, robotics support, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Experience working with 3D, Virtual Reality (VR), or Augmented Reality (AR) environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
