The Role • Lead shifts with a focus on craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for the community. • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard recipes. • Delegate tasks and coordinate the efforts of other employees. • Maintain store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, safety, and security. • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to create positive experiences. • Assist with training and developing team members. What You'll Need • Six months of experience in customer-facing roles requiring constant interaction and fulfilling customer requests. • Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of others. • Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships. • Knowledge of the retail environment and ability to work as part of a team. • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
