We are seeking a Talented and Driven Business Systems Analyst to join our Client and grow in this position! You will be involved in the design or modification of business systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive set of tasks required to attain the objective.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyze needs and develop clear, specific requirements.
  • Specifically define and gain agreement to the size of the effort based upon a clear set of user requirements before moving into the design phase. Identify additions to scope that will necessitate adjustment to IT resources or timeline.
  • Configure applications according to business specifications and requirements.
  • Assist technical staff in the design, implementation, and documentation of solutions that are maintainable, comply with standards and meet user requirements.
  • Fully test the business aspects of the solution. Work with the users on acceptance testing of the business and technical aspects of the solution.
  • Implement solutions within agreed upon scope and timeline.
  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed-level requirements (user stories) to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint, while ensuring stories and features are added iteratively to the product to add overall value.
  • Manage a story backlog to ensure readiness of user stories for the upcoming sprint.
  • Facilitate agile rituals such as inception, iteration and story kickoff, estimation sessions, and help to keep team up to date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly.
  • Create acceptance criteria that are clear, concise, and actionable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related field of study.
  • Knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools, and architecture concepts required.
  • Data mapping and data migrations
  • Has an innovative approach, develops new approaches to improve or replace existing procedures or systems.
  • Takes on high commitments and works to achieve results.
  • Keeps the momentum going over time despite setbacks, showing resilience in the face of challenges, looking for ways to beat previous standards.

Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S.
