The Role

• Co-therapeutically support patients through guided conversations.
• Plan and lead co-therapeutic groups to foster participant interaction and development.
• Assist patients during meals and challenging daily situations to enhance stability and self-efficacy.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and insights.
• Provide holistic and empathetic individual patient support throughout the treatment process.
• Work within a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as an Educator (m/f/d).
• Experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care is ideal.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the profession.
• A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
