Full time only - Business Analyst - Tampa , FL / Irving TX (Onsite)

Role :     Business Analyst

Location: Tampa , FL / Irving TX (Hybrid - 4 day office 1 day Remote)

Salary: $110K

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirement gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and translating business requirements into functional solutions. Previous experience working with OMC, AMC, DMC, or similar workflow applications will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Convert business needs into clear functional specifications, workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define acceptance criteria and support development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions.
• Coordinate between business and technology teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Perform current-state and future-state analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support UAT, defect clarification, requirement validation, and production implementation activities.
• Track requirements through completion and maintain requirement traceability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve requirement and workflow-related issues.
• Prepare business process flows, functional documentation, presentations, and status reports.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Strong experience with business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, development, QA, architecture, and product teams.
