Job Description
Neara is shaping the next generation of energy utilities by building AI-enabled digital twins of power grids. The Senior MLOps Engineer will design and run end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to models running in production, across cloud and on prem environments.
You'll deploy CI/CD for models, monitor model health, and optimize training on GPU clusters while managing costs and latency for global customers. Redfern office with flexible work options complements the global team.
