Solution IT Inc. is looking for Workfront/Workflow Integration Lead- SME for one of its clients in Remote

Job Title: Workfront/Workflow Integration Lead- SME

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure enterprise business process solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Build and support integrations between work management platforms and downstream marketing/content systems.
  • Lead strategic implementations and drive user adoption across enterprise organizations.
  • Develop scalable automation solutions using integration and orchestration platforms.
  • Facilitate technical workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues.
  • Deliver post-deployment support and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to produce implementation artifacts, reporting frameworks, and process documentation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow automation and business process transformation.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to implementation best practices.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing enterprise work management and workflow automation solutions.
  • 8+ Years of Hands-on experience with Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of content operations, digital asset management, campaign execution, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience integrating enterprise platforms using RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and other integration technologies.
  • Experience with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.

Experience with following platforms:-MUST

  • Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Customer Journey Orchestration Platforms
  • Marketing Automation Platforms
  • Personalization and Testing Platforms
  • Content Collaboration and Review Tools
  • Work Management Planning Platforms

Work Site: Remote (EST)

Duration: Fulltime

Expected Start Date: Immediate
