Job Description:

We are looking for experienced OFIC Developers with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OFIC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting compensation plans, integrations, and reporting within Oracle Fusion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OFIC) solutions

Develop and manage compensation plans, rules, and calculations

Work closely with business teams to understand compensation requirements

Integrate OFIC with other Oracle Fusion modules and external systems

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation processing

Support data validation, testing, and system enhancements

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OFIC)

Good understanding of compensation plans, quotas, and commission structures

Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM)

Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
