The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and create appealing displays of high-quality meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items.
• Prepare and portion fresh goods with precision and care, showcasing culinary creativity.
• Independently produce specialty items according to in-house recipes.
• Implement sales-promoting initiatives to enhance product visibility and customer interest.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to strict hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or gastronomy is a plus, but we welcome career changers with food handling experience.
• A genuine interest in preparing and processing fresh food products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
