The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical operations, adhering to company standards, and managing daily schedules. • Provide customer service from order placement to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and coordinate incoming orders. • Execute quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience in roles such as Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to complete the required certification for Operations Manager (HWK) or already hold the qualification. • Possess a valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills, with proficiency in PC use and administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team while also independently, valuing open and trusting collaboration.
