Who you'll be:

As a Program Management Senior Analyst, you will oversee the organization and compliance of records management, ensuring documentation is systematically maintained and accessible. You will enhance records and workflow processes, develop dashboards for data-driven decision making, and provide procurement support. Your adaptability across teams and projects will be integral to the role.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and administer comprehensive records management file plans, offering recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows and dashboards to streamline operations and support team efficiency.
  • Provide essential procurement support, including managing purchasing processes and coordinating with vendors.
  • Flex across teams to support various program management initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.

What you'll need:

  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and dashboarding software.
  • Understanding of records management and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in procurement management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make informed recommendations.
  • Experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and manage multiple priorities.

Eligibility requirement:

Active Top Secret security clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$88,100—$178,200 USD
