Job description
Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Service Desk Administrator - Audio Visual to join our Managed Services team in Australia. You will provide remote Level 2/3 support for AV and meeting room technologies, troubleshoot conferencing platforms, and monitor environments to ensure optimal performance.
You will work with Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft 365 tools, coordinating with vendors and onsite staff. A proactive, customer focussed approach and strong documentation skills are essential.
