The Role

• Drive canvassing marketing initiatives to generate valuable sales leads.
• Plan and schedule routes for a team of Field Canvassers in assigned territories.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Field Canvassers.
• Manage permit requirements to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics to assess performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with local operations and management to expand brand presence.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for a direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff.
• Ability to work outdoors in various climates and work evenings/weekends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
